Trees are planted!

Finished!

After a herculean effort on the part on our staff we are done with all 400+ trees going in the ground! In the above photo you can see some of them as Andrew hooks up irrigation for their thirsty roots.

We are so happy that we managed to get them all in the ground in a timely manner as they really need to be planted within 48 hours of arrival (they came bare root).

Now it is just a matter of waiting for the orchard grass to germinate, and to prune them all. But fingers crossed we may see a little bit of fruit next year!
