About Us

Welcome to our family farm, where we grow over 100 varieties of fresh, organic produce.

Our farm is located at the bottom of the Sourland Mountains in the Hopewell Valley, and it was founded in 2017 by a husband and wife team Andrew and Catherine Marchese.  The farm has grown over the years along with our family of 4 children, Julienne, Marcus, Penelope, and Atticus.

Andrew Marchese started his farming career during high school by getting a Summer job at a local farm and garden center in Sussex County NJ where he was raised.  Falling in love with farming immediately he knew this was his calling in life and went on to attend the agricultural program at Rutgers University.  After college he worked on several farms throughout New Jersey before specializing in helping farms become Organically Certified.  After starting his family he then founded Marchese Farm along with his wife Catherine.

Catherine is a transplant from California where she was born and raised.  During college she studied accounting and business management but Like Andrew her family were not farmers and she had a calling for the career.  She worked abroad in Ireland for 5 years in the equine industry before coming back to the States and working as a farm manager for the veterinarians of the U.S. Olympic Team.  After meeting Andrew and starting their family she now oversees the greenhouse, floral, and educational programs on the farm.

We believe in the importance of sustainable farming practices, and we work hard to ensure that our farm is a healthy and vibrant ecosystem. By using natural fertilizers, crop rotation, and cover cropping, we are able to cultivate a diverse range of fruits and vegetables that are not only delicious but also nutritious.

Our family is dedicated to providing you with the freshest, highest-quality produce possible. We believe that eating locally grown, organic produce is not only better for our health, but also for the environment. By supporting our farm, you are not only getting the best produce, but you are also helping to support a small, local business.

We invite you to come visit us and see our farm for yourself. We are passionate about what we do, and we love sharing our love of farming with others. Thank you for supporting our small family farm.
